Emily R. Ostreich



Emily Ostreich is an associate in the Intellectual Property Department with Foley & Lardner LLP. Emily is based in the Chicago office where she is a member of the Trademark, Copyright & Advertising Practice Group. She counsels clients on domestic and international trademark matters, including clearance, prosecution, enforcement and portfolio management. Emily also has experience in brand protection and anti-counterfeiting, as well as domain name dispute resolution. She also advises clients on copyright and trade dress matters. 
Emily previously served as a summer associate in Foley’s Chicago office. Prior to joining Foley, Emily served as a law clerk in the Organized Crime and Gang section at the United States Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Georgia and as a legal extern at the State Bar of Georgia in the Office of the General Counsel.
