Emily R. Ostreich



Emily Ostreich is an associate in the Intellectual Property Department with Foley & Lardner LLP. Emily is based in the Chicago office where she is a member of the Trademark, Copyright & Advertising Practice Group.  

Emily graduated with honors from Emory University School of Law where she was an executive board member of the Emory Law Moot Court Society. While in law school, she also served as a law clerk in the Organized Crime and Gang section at the United States Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Georgia. During her time there, she assisted with a suppression hearing and preparation for a multi-defendant trial. She was also a legal extern at the State Bar of Georgia in the Office of the General Counsel.
As a Foley summer associate, Emily co-authored an article that was published by SportBusiness. She also aided in researching various trademark law issues.
