Zachary “Zack” Sikora works in our Litigation Practice, where he is part of the Labor & Employment Practice Group. Zack’s experience includes working as a student attorney at the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law’s Veterans Legal Clinic. There, he was responsible for conducting client intake interviews and researching client issues. Zack also previously worked as a law clerk at a Chicago law firm, where he coordinated with attorneys to analyze claims, and assisted with trial preparation. Zack is a former Summer Associate at Foley.
Cook County Follows the Illinois General Assembly’s Lead, Passes Paid Leave Ordinance
Now, effective December 31, 2023, employees working for an employer in Cook County will be entitled earn and use up to 40 hours of paid leave per year.
