Tam travaille au sein du département Contentieux et fait partie du groupe de pratique Contentieux commercial. Avant de rejoindre Foley, il a effectué un stage auprès de l'honorable Otis D. Wright II à la Cour fédérale de district : district central de Californie. À ce poste, il a synthétisé plusieurs ordonnances judiciaires et effectué des recherches dans divers domaines du droit fédéral et des États.

While in law school, Tam gained experience with the Boston College Law School Immigration Clinic. As a student practitioner, he secured victories for clients seeking relief from removal proceedings and pursuing asylum claims. He also served as the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Chair for the Boston College Law Review. Prior to law school, Tam worked as a family law advocate in the Jean Crowe Advocacy Center of the City of Nashville’s Office of Family Safety. Tam began his career at Foley as a summer associate in 2022.
