Alicia Dorner is a strategic advisor to private and public companies across a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, venture and growth equity financings, joint ventures, and other complex transactions. She is a partner with the firm, serving as a member of the Venture & Growth Capital and Emerging Company Practices, and is also a member of the firm’s Innovative Technology and Health Care & Life Sciences Sectors. She also serves as the firm’s Boston Chapter Women’s Network Representative.
Alicia has a significant background advising emerging companies throughout their lifecycles on fundraising transactions, strategic partnerships, reorganizations, and sale transactions. She regularly acts as general outside counsel for private and venture-backed companies, providing guidance on corporate structure, governance, and transactional matters. Her extensive experience also includes representing venture capital funds, corporate venture capital investors, private equity funds and family offices that invest in technology, health care, life sciences, and other innovative industries.
