Foley presented the 2009 Employment Law Update, a Foley Executive Briefing Series program that examined the most notable employment law developments from 2008. This program provided practical guidance on what these changes mean for employment law counsel and other executives with human resources responsibilities. Plus, the program offered a choice of sessions, one that provided advice on not only complying with but also getting the most out of the new FMLA regulations, and another that provided advice for workforce reductions.
