This is a multi-session seminar covering advanced issues relating to chemical patent prosecution and litigation. The seminar features speakers from the USPTO, chemical and pharmaceutical companies, and nationally known private practitioners. The seminar will include a panel discussion on Post-KSR case law pertinent to chemical practice, strategies and pitfalls relating to chemical patent litigation, developments regarding the inducement standard, analysis of biogenerics, strategic application drafting tips, prosecution strategies to overcome inherency rejections, and current issues in reexamination proceedings at the USPTO.
