Challenges for Boards of Small- and Mid-Cap Public Companies

Gardere Partner Todd A. Murray is scheduled to participate in a panel discussion at the upcoming National Association of Corporate Directors North Texas Program on April 8. Mr. Murray will discuss unique challenges for boards of small and mid-cap public companies along with Adam J. Epstein, author of "The Perfect Corporate Board: Handbook for Mastering the Unique Challenges of Small-Cap Companies."

The event will take place at the Crescent Hotel Gallery Ballroom in Dallas, Texas.
