Gardere Attorney John J. (Jake) May has been chosen as a panelist for the patent prosecution roundtable at the 52nd Annual Conference on Intellectual Property Law in Plano, Texas. During the Tuesday morning session, Mr. May will join three other IP attorneys to address patent prosecution best practices.
The two-day conference, hosted by The Center for American and International Law, will offer in-depth presentations across a broad spectrum of intellectual property matters. MCLE credit will be provided.
