Ms. Jordan will discuss "Transporting Crude Oil and Liquid Hydrocarbons by Rail and Truck: A Primer on the Regulatory Issues," which includes an overview of applicable state and federal requirements for transporting these hazardous materials.
Ms. Jordan, who joined Gardere in September, has decades of experience working in transportation and advising companies that are expanding internationally.
