Meacham will moderate various panel discussions featuring Hui Chen, the first compliance counsel expert for the fraud section of the U.S. Department of Justice’s criminal division. The discussions will cover anti-bribery risk assessments, program reviews, internal investigations, how to respond to probes by enforcement authorities, and related challenges.
