Foley Partner Nathaniel Lacktman, Chair of the firm’s Telemedicine & Digital Health Industry Team, will present at the CTeL Executive Telehealth Fall Summit 2018 in Washington, DC on December 4-5, 2018. His presentation is titled, “Direct to Consumer Asynchronous Telemedicine: Law and Regulation.”
The Center for Telehealth and e-Health Law (CTeL) supports health care providers, law firms, associations, universities, insurance companies and venture capital firms that work to overcome legal and regulatory issues related to telehealth. CTeL also offers its members access to research and consulting services through CTeL’s membership benefit packages. Summits convene the leading thinkers and innovators in the medical community to grapple with all of the issues surrounding the use of emerging technologies that hold potential to improve the delivery of safe and quality medical care. The Summit’s conference format is deliberately open to encourage attendees to look beyond today and peek into the future.
