Please join us on Friday, September 20, 2019, for an overview of the steps your organization should consider taking to develop a cybersecurity program and prepare for a cyberattack.
Members of Foley’s Cybersecurity Practice will discuss the costs of a cyberattack and factors that can increase or decrease those costs, sources of risk, and common security myths. Highlighting best practices for developing a cybersecurity program, they will also discuss security incident response plans and the dark web as well as recent amendments to Texas’ data breach law, the status of California’s new data privacy law (CCPA), and the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our hope is that you will leave this session with a deeper appreciation of what your organization should focus on to prepare for and respond to data breaches.
