Foley partner Judy Waltz, co-chair of the firm’s Health Care Practice Group, is speaking at the American Bar Association’s 34th Annual National Institute on Health Care Fraud in a session titled “Enforcement and Evaluation of Organization Compliance Programs.” This presentation will highlight the applicable government standards for evaluating organization compliance programs and cooperation and self-disclosure in criminal and civil enforcement matters.
