Ana Sofia works in our Litigation Practice and is a member of the Commercial Litigation Practice group. She has experience in drafting unopposed motions and motions for default judgement. Ana Sofia has drafted memorandum regarding anticipatory repudiation and party substitution. Prior to joining Foley, Ana Sofia was a legal intern for a major airline, where she researched and drafted a memorandum on anti-trust labor exemptions. She also drafted an internal memorandum regarding possible litigation on the use of software licensing.
