Amir El-Aswad is a litigator in the firm’s Labor & Employment and Commercial Litigation practices who helps companies and executives navigate high-stakes business disputes. His practice focuses on matters arising out of the workplace and executive/employee separations, including restrictive covenant and trade secret disputes, discrimination and harassment, and other sensitive employment-related claims. He also represents clients in complex commercial disputes, with particular experience advising financial institutions and defending class and collective actions, including matters brought under the TCPA and FLSA.
