Jocelyn E. Lavallo is a partner in Foley’s Energy and Infrastructure Sector, whose practice focuses on the financing, development, acquisition and sale of energy transition projects.  She has deep experience in utility-scale and distributed solar, wind and battery storage transactions, and is increasingly advising clients on projects involving data centers, next-generation nuclear and other emerging technologies.  Jocelyn is on the Advisory Board for Foley’s Energy & Infrastructure Sector.
