Antonina (Toni) Prestigiacomo has extensive experience representing lenders in real estate loan transactions across the United States. Her work includes the structuring and closing of mortgage loan transactions for conventional acquisition, permanent, interim/bridge, and mezzanine loan transactions. In particular, she represents national health care lenders in their lending transactions with a focus on skilled nursing and assisted living facility loans.
