Jay Yoon is a litigation associate in the Commercial Litigation Practice Group. Prior to joining Foley, he gained substantive experience with complex commercial disputes, federal government investigations, and white collar criminal trials during his summers at the firm and his internships with the U.S. Department of Justice in its Money Laundering and Asset Recovery Section and Austin U.S. Attorney’s Office.
