Foley Authors U.S. Law Chapter in The International Comparative Legal Guide to: Environment Law 2007
Foley is pleased to announce that the firm’s Environmental Practice has been selected to contribute the U.S. law chapter in the 4th Edition of The International Comparative Legal Guide (ICLG) to: Environment Law 2007. The book is the latest in the worldwide International Comparative Legal Guide Series and is a comparative legal analysis published by Global Legal Group Limited, an independent London-based publishing house.
Global Legal Group Limited publishes current and practical comparative legal information on a range of key practice areas. The guides provide comprehensive coverage of each topic within different legal systems worldwide. They follow a question and answer format to ensure a thorough explanation, drawn from a collective group of contributors. These annual guides are a valuable and convenient resource and provide practical information for general counsel, government agencies and private practice lawyers. You can view the new environmental book, along with the complete ICLG series, at www.iclg.co.uk.
The ICLG is the second publication that has featured Foley as the United States contributor. Last month, the firm announced their participation in the “Getting The Deal Through” series of comparative legal analyses published by Law Business Research Ltd (LBR) in London. The firm’s Environmental Practice contributed the U.S. law chapter in the first environmental book of the series summarizing the environmental laws of 25 countries.
