Foley Partner Andrew Serwin authored an article titled “Protecting the Privacy of Genetic Information” in the June 2008 issue of Privacy & Data Security Law Journal. The article addressed a number of state and federal privacy laws established to protect the privacy of information revealed by genetic testing and protect individuals from discrimination based on the results of genetic tests.
