Partner Rick McKenna was a speaker at the INTA Design Protection Conference in Copenhagen, Denmark. During the conference, Rick presented a case study paper he authored entitled “Apple, Inc., – A Case Study in Successful Exploitation of Design and Innovation.” The case study anaylzes the strategies successfully employed by Apple to develop, commercialize and protect its non-functional design innovations.
