Partner David Simon and Senior Counsel Bill Katt co-authored an article for the Winter 2014 issue of Farm Equipment Manufacturers Association magazine titled, “Doing Agribusiness in Africa: Avoiding Corruption to Capitalize on Growth.” The article notes the expected boom in agriculture and related businesses in Africa as well as the need for strong anti-corruption measures by businesses approaching that market, given its market’s historical reputation for corruption.
