Frederick Geilfuss and Morgan Tilleman contributed an article to Bloomberg BNA’s Health Insurance Report, “The CoOpportunity Liquidation and the Future of Affordable Care Act CO-OPs,” on April 15, 2015. The article discussed the liquidation for CoOpportunity Health, Inc., a Consumer Operated and Oriented Plan (CO-OP) established under the Affordable Care Act and continuing financial challenges for the remaining CO-OPs.
