Foley & Lardner LLP announced today the launch of LearningLab, a new on-demand hub to make it easier for clients and other in-house counsel to earn continuing legal education (CLE) credit and access additional programs on essential business and industry topics.
LearningLab offers a growing library of high-quality CLE programs and business-focused legal insights. It is designed to make CLE simpler and more flexible, allowing users to earn credit at their convenience and without fees or travel.
The platform is accessible on desktop and mobile and features:
- Selection of on-demand programs approved for CLE credit in certain states (currently California, Illinois, Florida, New York, Texas, and Wisconsin).
- Library of other on-demand content on fundamental legal, business, and industry topics.
- Registration for upcoming virtual programs, including select CLE opportunities.
“LearningLab was created with an understanding of the competing priorities in-house counsel face every day. We want to provide a resource that makes it easier to earn CLE credit and access additional high-quality curriculum on someone’s own schedule,” said Koree Khongphand-Buckman, Foley’s Chief Marketing & Business Development Officer. “LearningLab complements the firm’s existing and robust offerings of live webinars and in-person events by adding more options for in-house counsel to access anytime, anywhere. It’s an example of Foley’s commitment to adding value beyond traditional legal services to support our clients and others.”
Programming includes a variety of content across practice areas and is applicable to attorneys of all levels so in-house legal departments can use it to extend their own professional development programs when onboarding new colleagues, educating business stakeholders, and training teammates in different locations so they receive the same information.
