Luke O’Neill works in our Business Law Practice, where he is part of the Finance Practice Group.  Luke was previously a summer associate with Foley. In that role, he supported the completion of various litigation and transactional matters. Specifically, Luke assisted in the drafting of legal memos, LLC agreements, a stock option agreement, a subscription booklet, and a certificate of formation. Luke also served as a legal intern for the State of Wisconsin Investment Board where he reviewed most-favored nation forms and conducted research related to tax, employment, and contract law.
