Foley announced today that Adam J. Wiensch has been named one of the Top 100 Attorneys of 2008 in the United States by Worth magazine. Published in the December/January issue of Worth, the fourth annual “Top 100 Attorneys” list recognizes lawyers who effectively balance their skill and experience with personal attention and concern, enabling them to advise their clients on important personal decisions.
To compile its annual list, Worth collected nominations from readers and industry professionals. Worth’s editors looked at attorneys specializing in trust and estates, philanthropy, elder care, matrimonial and other private practice areas.
“I am honored to be acknowledged among Worth magazine’s Top 100 Attorneys who represent high net worth individuals,” said Wiensch. “It is a much appreciated recognition.”
“Estate planning is a marquee practice at Foley and we are very pleased that a prestigious publication such as Worth has recognized the extraordinary skills of one of our attorneys,” said Nancy J. Sennett, managing partner of Foley’s Milwaukee office.
Wiensch, a partner in the Milwaukee office of Foley, is a member of the firm’s Tax & Individual Planning and Estates & Trusts Practices, as well as the Sports Industry Team. His practice is concentrated on estate planning, asset protection planning, charitable giving and wealth transfer techniques.
