Overly Quoted on Cloud Computing

Foley Partner Michael Overly was quoted in an article titled “Savings cloud risks of outsourcing tech” in the January 18, 2010 issue of Business Insurance. Overly discusses liabilities in the areas of security and data access when using cloud computing, stating that the cloud computing provider’s level of service is a critical concern, as a company cannot run its business if data is not available because the cloud computing provider is having problems with their systems.
