Foley Attorneys Discuss the Chief Legal Officer's Changing Role on InsideCounsel

Foley Partners Patrick Daugherty and Todd Pfister, along with several in-house counsel, participated in a panel discussion during which they explored the Chief Legal Officer’s evolving role and the expectations of and by corporate General Counsel. This event was part of the Foley National Directors Institute Web Conference Series. Highlights from the discussion were featured in an article that appeared on InsideCounsel on March 11, 2010 titled “Foley Panel Highlights the Evolving Role of Chief Legal Officers.” Panelists talked about expense management, compliance and the shift that many top legal officers are making into the boardroom.
