Cain Quoted on Cloud Computing

Foley Partner Christopher Cain was quoted in an article titled “Is Google the new Rome?” in the April 22, 2010 issue of Computerworld. Cain discusses the legal issues that arise when cloud computing providers store user data outside of the United States. He notes that cloud computing clients lose an enormous amount of legal and jurisdictional control over their data if it gets out of the United States.
