Foley announced today that two attorneys from the firm’s Los Angeles office have been named 2011 Southern California Rising Stars by Southern California Super Lawyers – Rising Stars Edition magazine. Attorneys named Southern California Rising Stars represent the top up-and-coming Southern California attorneys who are 40 years old or younger, or who have been practicing for 10 years or less.
The Los Angeles attorneys named 2011 Southern California Rising Stars and their primary practices, as classified by Thomson Reuters, are:

- Richard K. Rifenbark, Health Care
To compile its annual list of Southern California Rising Stars, the research team at Super Lawyers, which is part of the Thomson Reuters Legal division, undertakes a rigorous selection process that includes a statewide survey of lawyers and independent evaluation of candidates by the attorney-led research staff. Super Lawyers magazine names the top 2.5 percent of attorneys who received the highest point totals, as chosen by their peers and through the independent research.
