Pugh Appointed Government Relations Chair of the International Council of Shopping Centers

Foley is pleased to announce that the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) has appointed Donna J. Pugh, partner in the Chicago office, to serve a one-year term as its Illinois Government Relations Chair.
In this role, Ms. Pugh will monitor legislative and regulatory issues in Illinois and share her findings at ICSC regulatory meetings. She was appointed by the ICSC’s Central Division Nominating Committee for this volunteer leadership position.
The ICSC is the global trade association of the shopping center industry, and helps members develop their businesses through networking, education, research, information, deal-making and action on legislation and regulation.
