Law360 published an article discussing Officeware Corp v. Dropbox Inc., a case pending in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas. Among the claims Officeware brought against Dropbox are trademark infringement and unfair competition. U.S. District Judge Sam A. Lindsay denied Dropbox's motion to stay, stating it "is not warranted."
