Carrie B. Hoffman spoke to Androvett Legal Media & Marketing about the Fair Labor Standards Act and how it plays into staffing for the holiday season. Ms. Hoffman is a partner in Gardere's Labor and Employment Practice Group.

"Expecting work off the clock is a guarantee you will not only end up wearing out your workforce and creating resentment, but also end up facing a Department of Labor audit or a private collective action."
