Partner Michael Rogers Represents Feld Entertainment in IHRA Acquisition

IHRA MotorsportsTM issued a press release regarding IHRA Entertainment LLC’s acquisition of International Hot Rod Association®, which was majority-owned by Feld Motor Sports®, a division of Feld Entertainment Inc. IHRA Entertainment is a newly-formed corporation held by the ownership group of Palm Beach International Raceway TM and Memphis International RacewayTM. The new ownership group will take over management of the 43-year-old organization immediately and operate as IHRA Motorsports TM.
Gardere Partner Michael F. Rogers served as outside legal counsel to Feld Entertainment.
