Foley Represents Univita Health in Joint Venture with SCL Health System

Foley successfully represented Univita Health, a provider of home-based health care management programs, in its formation of a joint venture with SCL Health System (SCLHS), a non-profit health care organization operating 11 hospitals, four safety net clinics, one children’s mental health treatment center and more than 100 ambulatory service centers in four states. The partnership will ensure that acute care patients admitted to a SCLHS hospital receive optimal, accountable care from the time of admission through hospitalization and discharge and during the entire home-recovery process.
