Partner Mark Neuberger was quoted in a Law360 article on January 27, 2014 titled “5 Lingering Questions Employers Have About Social Media.” The article discusses the questions that businesses have in regards to the explosive growth in workers’ use of social media platforms such as Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook.
