Foley Cross Border Deal Wins M&A Advisor Award

Foley & Lardner LLP was named a winner at the 7th Annual International M&A Advisor Awards. The awards honor the leading deal teams, firms and professionals whose activities set the standard for cross border M&A transactions. Foley won the Industrial Goods and Basic Resources Deal of the Year category for its role in the Chapter 11 Reorganization of Universal Cooperatives, Inc. et al.

The winners were selected by an independent judging committee of 19 top cross border M&A industry experts and were announced at the annual gala on April 28, 2015 at the New York Athletic Club.
