Partner Michael Overly was quoted in a Yahoo Sports article, “Like Tom Brady’s Phone, Yours Likely Isn’t Safe From Employer Scrutiny,” on July 29, 2015. The article discussed how information held on personal phones is not always exempt company legal investigations. Overly was quoted saying, “This thing that holds your entire life, you may be required to hand it over to a third party. It’s very concerning. When you start to use these devices in a business context, you may be giving up your privacy.”
