Partner Richard Stoll was interviewed in a question and answer piece in ASH at Work titled, “6 Questions for … Richard Stoll,” which appeared in the second issue of ASH in 2015. Throughout the Q&A, Stoll discussed his book which covered how to communicate with federal regulatory agencies, specifically the Environmental Protection Agency. Among several points, Stoll said, “A really critical point: start early…it usually takes a few years for the EPA to take a rule from initial concept to finalization.”
