Al Día Dallas, the largest Spanish-language newspaper in North Texas owned by the Dallas Morning News, recently featured comments from Gardere attorney Andrés Álvarez regarding U.S. companies looking to do business in Mexico.

Mr. Álvarez told the publication that U.S. companies should learn to “understand the differences between business operations in the U.S. and Mexico, inform themselves, communicate with their lawyers and decide which sectors to be in … from a fiscal, financial and governmental perspective.”
