Partner Donna Pugh’s work before the Evanston, Illinois plan commission was highlighted an Evanston RoundTable article, “Plan Commission Approves Sherman Avenue Development.” The Evanston commission recommended a new planned development that includes 286 residential units. The project originally was met with concerns over traffic, wind-tunnel effects and the scope and character of the building which will replace a smaller building.
