Catanese Named to American Bankruptcy Institute’s ‘40 Under 40’ List

Senior Counsel Katie Catanese has been named one of the American Bankruptcy Institute’s “40 Under 40” emerging leaders in insolvency practice.
Catanese was chosen from over 300 applicants nationwide after over two months of deliberations. She was recognized for her professional achievements and her community leadership. The ABI specifically looked at Catanese’s academic training; achievements in representations on behalf of clients, authorship and publications, community service, dedication to the profession, leadership and technical skills, mentoring ability, personal integrity, and professional service.
The ABI is the nation’s largest association of bankruptcy and insolvency professionals. Its 12,000+ members include attorneys, auctioneers, bankers, judges, lenders, professors, turnaround specialists, accountants and others. It plays a leading role in providing congressional leaders and the general public with nonpartisan reporting of bankruptcy regulations, laws and trends. It also engages in numerous educational and research activities.
Catanese will be recognized along with the other recipients at the ABI’s 2018 Winter Leadership Conference in Scottsdale, Arizona, on December 6-8.
