Davis, Wolfson, Harper Co-Author Chapter of “Florida Construction Law and Practice”

Partners Gardner Davis, Mark Wolfson and David Harper have co-authored a chapter of the Florida Bar’s recently published book, “Florida Construction Law and Practice, Ninth Edition,”one of the key practice manuals used by Florida lawyers who do construction transactions and litigation.
The partners co-wrote the book’s revised and updated Chapter 16, “The Impact of Bankruptcy on Construction Law Rights.”
Associates Colton Peterson, Evan Malloy, and Nicole Burt assisted the authors on the project.
