Partner Nate Lacktman and Foley’s recently issued nationwide telehealth survey were cited in a Politico Morning eHealth article, “FDA roundup – Halamka to Mayo – Telehealth reimbursement is improving,” about the survey’s findings.
While payments for telehealth services have improved significantly, the survey found, payment parity is still an uphill battle. Only 10 states have true payment parity now, though more states are expected to take up parity bills next year.
