Partner Kathryn Trkla has joined the board of editors of the Futures and Derivatives Law Report. The newsletter provides information on legal developments in over-the-counter derivatives, futures, and option trading as well as information on regulation, legislation and litigation. It is published by Thomson Reuters.

Trkla is a member of the firm’s Securities, Commodities & Exchange Regulation Practice within the Securities Enforcement & Litigation Practice, as well as the firm’s Business Law Department, Blockchain Task Force, and Energy Industry Team.
