Partner Jason Allen has been elected a director of the Eagle Capital Growth Fund, Inc.
Allen is co-chair of the firm’s Energy Industry Team and a member of the Finance & Financial Institutions, Transactional & Securities, and Private Equity & Venture Capital Practices. His practice focuses in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private equity, finance, and general corporate and commercial law, with a particular emphasis on transactions in the energy industry.
The fund is a closed-end investment company that invests primarily in high-quality growth companies.
Allen was added as a director in Class I, with a term that expires in April 2023.
