Partners Anne Ross and Maureen Easton authored an article titled, “Insurance M&A Activity Rebounds,” which published in ThinkAdvisor.

The article discusses the “pause” in M&A activity in the immediate aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic. However, by the second half of 2020, drivers of M&A in the insurance industry were going strong, such as the digital transformation of insurance, with the end of 2020 seeing a higher level of deal volume compared to similar periods over the past several years.
