Vernaglia was quoted within an article entitled “CMS Voids Mid-Build Audit Findings; New Audit Will Use Broader Construction Interpretation,” while Krueger and Johnston were quoted in an article called “AG Yanks Brand Memo; DOJ ‘May Rely on Relevant Guidance Documents.’
