John Trentacosta and Ann Marie Uetz Recognized as 2021 Go-To Thought Leaders by the National Law Review
The National Law Review recognized Foley & Lardner LLP litigation partners John Trentacosta and Ann Marie Uetz as 2021 Go-To Thought Leaders in Transportation Law for their comprehensive automotive industry supply chain coverage. Producing weekly articles on the challenges facing the automotive industry, Trentacosta and Uetz discuss the latest shortages, developments, and trends as they emerge and as COVID-19 continues to impact global trade. They provide insight into the pandemic’s impact unique to the automotive industry and challenges with supply chain disruption, specifically accommodations made for distressed suppliers.
Trentacosta is a member of Foley’s Manufacturing Sector. He is actively involved in drafting and litigating contracts commonly used in the manufacturing and automotive industries. He frequently represents clients in supply chain disputes, particularly automotive and supplier-manufacturer disputes in the automotive and manufacturing industries.
Uetz is member of Foley’s Manufacturing Sector, leads the firm’s Coronavirus Task Force, and is co-founder of the firm’s Coronavirus Resource Center. She represents upper and middle-market businesses in their contracts and business disputes, focusing on the manufacturing industry – chiefly suppliers in the automotive and defense industries. She advises her clients on issues presented by financially distressed suppliers, as well as on acquisitions, procurement, and supply contracts and disputes that arise within the supply chain. She was previously recognized by the National Law Review as a 2020 Go-To Thought Leader in the area of “COVID-19: Manufacturing Impact.”
