KalVista Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is a pharmaceutical company focused on the discovery, development, and commercialization of oral, small molecule protease inhibitors for diseases with significant unmet need. The company intends to use the proceeds of this $58 million offering to fund clinical trials, commercial sales development, research, working capital, capital expenditures, and other general corporate purposes. KalVista Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is listed on the Nasdaq under the trading symbol KALV.
